76 Cannon Street is a prominent office and retail building opposite the new Bloomberg European headquarters and adjacent to Cannon Street Station. 

Ktesius, having appointed a high calibre consulting team, obtained planning consent to enhance the offices, improving the NIA and adding a roof terrace, a rarity in the city of London. Working with Riverton Capital, Ktesius arranged and oversaw a high quality refurbishment, which completed in February 2018, creating stunning offices in a superb central City location.
