Founded in 2014 by Ken MacRae, former CEO of Northacre PLC, KTESIUS is led by a team with over 150 years of combined experience in residential development, planning, and investment.

KEN MACRAE
FOUNDER CEO
Ken leads overall business strategy, investor relations, acquisitions, and joint ventures for KTESIUS. He was previously CEO and Finance Director of Northacre PLC, a leading AIM-listed prime central London developer.
Prior to Northacre, Ken spent nearly two decades in property finance and private equity, including as Head of Property Finance at Deutsche Postbank. He brings extensive experience in complex transactions, institutional structuring, and value-led real estate strategy.
TREVOR McCLYMONT
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Trevor has over 30 years’ experience delivering residential schemes across London and the South East. He leads all development activity at KTESIUS, from acquisition and planning through to construction and sales.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Town & Country Planning and a Master’s in Sustainable Urban Development from Oxford University.

Malcolm is one of London’s most respected planning and development advisors. He is the founder and Senior Partner of DP9, one of the UK’s leading planning consultancies, and advises major domestic and international developers on complex London schemes.
His expertise brings strategic depth and planning foresight to the KTESIUS platform.

Clive is a veteran of the UK property market with more than 30 years of leadership in development advisory. He was previously Senior Partner at Montagu Evans, where he spent nearly three decades building the firm’s reputation as a leading advisor to developers and financial institutions.
At KTESIUS, Clive provides governance, strategic oversight, and market insight at the highest level.
